Return and Exchange Policy
At Ámbar Fabrics, our priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here we explain how you can proceed with a return or exchange.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. This includes that the fabric has not been cut, washed, altered or shows any signs of use.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Discounted or discounted products are final sale and do not apply for returns or exchanges.
Items that CANNOT be returned
For reasons of hygiene and nature of the product, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Any fabric or product that has been cut to size, altered or modified at the customer's request.
- Items for personal use such as masks or accessories that have been opened.
Return and Refund Process
Once we receive and review your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you if your refund request is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you have not received your refund, we recommend you:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially reflected.
- Contact your bank to verify processing times.

Changes
We make changes only if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send an email to Contact Ambar Fabrics with a description of the problem and photos of the damaged product.
Once we approve your request, we will instruct you on how to ship the item to our address at La Capitanía 80 OF 108, Las Condes.
Shipping Costs
- The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
If the value of your order exceeds 70,000 CLPIf you do not have a tracking service, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
